Coronavirus Update 2022
AS WE CONTINUE TO RECOVER FROM THE PANDEMIC, WE WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW WHAT WE ARE DOING AT SCOTTS OPTICIANS TO CONTINUE TO KEEP YOU SAFE .
Due to COVID-19 and the more transmissible variants of the virus, the risk of spreading the infection is still high. We are still taking all the necessary precautions with infection control and following Government guidelines to keep you and our staff safe. ALL patients in need of eye care whether it be urgent or routine eye care or spectacle care, are advised to ring the practice first. We will triage your needs as we now have some emergency appointments each day and priority will be given to those in urgent need of care but we are still able to offer routine appointments too.
- We have strict hygiene and infection control measures in place and are asking ALL patients attending the practice to wear a face covering even if it is not mandatory and use the hand gel provided at entry.
- All our Optometrists will be wearing full PPE and other members of staff will also be wearing face masks.
- Because of these measures in place, your appointment may seem longer so please allow more time for parking etc.
Thank you for your continued support and loyalty to our independent business through the pandemic and hope 2022 will be a better year for us all.
Kind Regards
The team at Scotts Opticians
